Who we are

This website is operated by Pentium Logistics, a transport and logistics operation based in Dublin and working nationwide. We run two divisions — Pentium Express, which moves palletised freight, and Pentium Environmental Logistics, which collects recyclable waste.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site has no accounts, no logins and no database behind it. Nothing you type into the quote form is stored on this website or sent to a server we control.

When you complete the quote form and press send, the details are assembled into a message inside your own WhatsApp app or your own email programme. Nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself. If you change your mind and don't send it, we never see it.

What we receive, and why

Once you send that message we receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, phone number, company, collection and delivery addresses, details of the goods, and any photograph you attach.

We use it for one purpose: to quote for the job, and to carry it out if you go ahead. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, and performance of a contract once you book. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone beyond what the job itself requires.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that message passes through WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta, who handle it under their own terms and privacy policy. We have no control over that. If you would rather it didn't, email or ring us instead — both reach the same people.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google may log your IP address as part of serving that request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are kept while they might still be live, then deleted. Records of jobs we actually carried out are kept for as long as tax and transport law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email info@pentiumlogistics.ie and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
